“三软”厚煤层深孔注水防尘机理及应用研究

Mechanism and Application of Dust Prevention with Deep Borehole Water Injection in Thick Soft Roof-Floor Seam

摘要: 为治理“三软”厚煤层综放工作面开采过程中的煤尘灾害,分析了粉尘颗粒间作用力、注水防尘机理,并结合平禹一矿“三软”煤层条件,对其进行深孔注水的防尘措施进行了研究。研究结果表明:液桥力是煤尘防治的关键因素,深孔注水后二1-13110工作面煤层的含水率由注水前的3%增加到了5%~7%,工作面不同地点的煤尘含量均下降了50%以上,注水防尘效果明显,为治理“三软”煤层煤尘灾害提供了参考。

Abstract: In order to control the coal dust disaster in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in thick soft roof-floor coal seam, the forces between dust particles -and the water injection dust prevention mechanism were theoretically studied. According to the geological conditions of the 1st coal mine of Pingyu, the deep borehole water injection was used to reduce the high coal dust. The results showed that the liquid bridge force was the key factor to reduce the high coal dust. After the deep borehole water injection, the moisture content of二1- 13110 working face (3% before the water injection) was increased to 5% ~ 7% . In addition, the coal dust content of the different sites of the working face was decreased by more than 50%. The water injection has obvious anti-dust effect, which provides a reference for the treatment of coal dust disaster in soft roof-floor coal seams.
